We offer our consulting service to both our real estate clients and lenders. Some examples are: acting as an expert witness in litigation; arranging joint ventures between a Bank and builder to form a mortgage company; analyzing a lender’s or developer’s assets to determine how the quality of those real estate assets might be improved; identifying toxic assets and developing a plan of management and disposition to meet regulatory requirements or a new lender’s concerns about their continued holding in a portfolio.
